If there's a problem with access at your collection point or your bag is missing, call us on 020 7502 7588 as soon as possible. If you let us know about missing bags before 3.30pm on Friday, we will do our best to deliver a replacement bag to you.

We aim to respond to queries during these hours: 
Monday: 10am - 1pm. 
Tuesday: 9.30am - 5pm.
Wednesday: 10am - 7pm.
Thursday 9.30am - 6pm.
Friday 9.30am - 5pm.
